Having regard to the nature of the allegations made therein, I am of the view that, at this stage, the truth or falsity of the allegations cannot be taken into account. Let the investigation reach at its logical conclusion. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this court after a report under section 173 of the cr.p.c. is filed and the document under section 207 of the cr.p.c. is served upon the petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4170 of 2023 is disposed of.
