It appears that the CBI has no objection to return the documents seized from the petitioner during investigation vide seizure list dated 10th January, 2013. Therefore there is no impediment in returning the said documents to the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has filed an application for return of such documents before the learned Trial Court along with put up application on 23rd August, 2022, which is yet to be considered.

In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 4169 of 2023 is disposed of directing the learned

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhargram to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner dated 23rd August, 2022 within two weeks from the next date fixed before the learned Trial Court in the light of the observation made in this order, in accordance with law.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
