1. Heard. In open court Mr. Basu, learned counsel for the alleged contemnors assisted by Mr. Samanto, have handed over the original Certificate bearing No.358/K-9A/B-12/42 dated 19.3.2024 as issued by the Estate Manager, Kalyani U.D. & M.A. Department, Govt. of West Bengal to Mr. Ranjan Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioners and an attested photocopy of the said certificate is also filed before this court and the same is taken on record.

2. Such being the position, this court holds that due compliance has already been made by the alleged contemnors.

3. Accordingly, the Rule issued on 06.02.2024 is discharged and the contempt proceeding is dropped.
