Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

Petitioners are stated to be distant relation of the deceased from her in-law's side. The mother-in-law and other family members of the deceased have already been released on anticipatory bail vide order dated 04.10.2023 passed in CRM (A) 3948 of 2023. The present petitioners are found to be on a better footing. 3.

Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed in the meantime. 4.

Regard being had to facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners, nature of allegation, nature of evidence and completion of investigation, it is directed that each of the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kandi within 15 days from today in the G.R. case No. 1572 of 2023 arising out of aforesaid P.S. case.

On their appearance and application for bail each of the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and

circumstances of the case.

The learned ACJM, Kandi is directed to act upon the server copy of this order, if required.

Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed. 8.
