This is an application wherein the petitioner has sought for recalling the order of dismissal dated 29th April, 2024 and to restore application being CO 4107 of 2018 in its original file with original number. Grounds shown in the application appears to be satisfactory and accordingly, it is accepted. CAN 1 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.

Re: CO 4107 of 2018 The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the application upon the learned counsel appeared on behalf of the opposite parties within this week. Let the matter appear on 27th June, 2024 under the heading "Contested Application".

There will be an order of stay of all further proceedings of Ejectment Suit no. 56 of 2012 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Sealdah for a period of eight weeks or until further order, whichever is earlier.
