Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that taking advantage of the age and disability of the petitioner who is the aunt of the 4th respondent, the private respondents have forged and manufactured a deed of conveyance in favour of the 4th and 5th respondents in respect of the petitioner's property though no such deed was in fact executed or registered by the petitioner. The petitioner lodged complaint before the police authority in this regard which has not been acted upon.

Learned counsel for the private respondents denies and disputes the allegation made by the petitioner. It appears from the report submitted by the State that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a

specific case has been registered and investigation is in progress.

In view of the above, this Court directs the investigating officer to conduct a fair, impartial and unbiased investigation and take the same to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
