It appears from the submissions made on behalf of the parties that there is a dispute with regard to non-payment of the loan amount taken by the petitioner from the Cooperative Bank.

Time and again opportunity was granted to the parties to settle the dispute. It appears that the same has not been settled till date.

In such circumstances, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the Registrar of Cooperative Societies for adjudication of the dispute.

No further order can be passed in the instant writ petition.

Let it be recorded that it will be open for the Bank to take steps for recovery of the loan amount in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
