The writ application has been preferred praying for setting aside the notice dated 08.10.2025 being Memo No.3120/DCF&S/EBDN/SK oil/25 dated 08.10.2025 issued by the District Controller Food and Supply, Purba Bardhaman and further commanding them to continue the tagging of M/S Saha Kerosene Agency of the M.R dealer with the petitioner's agency under the name and style Reema Oil Agency, Khandaghosh A/C Saha Kerosene Agency, Jamalpur which was already tagged as per the letter being Memo No.

2144/SCF&S/BDN/K.Oil/18 dated 06.12.2028.

At the time of hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's grievance will be met if the prayer relating to consideration of the representation by the respondent no. 3 is allowed.

It appears that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 14.10.2025 before the respondent no. 3.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2025, within 60 days from the date of this order, on hearing the parties and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
