The petitioner is no more in service, since the selection process through which she was appointed as an Assistant teacher at Lakshminarayanpur High School, District - Murshidabad has been quashed. Therefore, her prayer for general transfer has become infructuous, WPA 24745 of 2023 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.
