The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation wrongly dated 15th January, 2022 (instead of 20th September, 2022).

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite lapse of more than two years, the respondent authority have deliberately not disposed of the above representation.

In view of the above WPA 26066 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 7 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and the respondent no. 7 is to act in accordance with law in S.D.
