Petitioner Mr. Arup Kumar Bhowmick ... ... for the petitioner Ms. Anasuya Sinha Ms. Subhasree Patel ... ... for the State It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is in custody for about 193 days. It is further submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case out of mere suspicion. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner conspired with her paramour to murder her husband. There were continuous telephonic conversations between the two and on her leading statement, weapon of offence i.e. spade was recovered.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and co-accused had an illicit affair. There are other incriminating materials connecting her with the crime. In view of the aforesaid materials, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
