1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsel.

2. Mr. Siddhartha Lahiri, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an affidavit/appropriate application before the Tribunal informing the Tribunal that the original applicants till such time were in employment were given the benefit of pay as directed by the Tribunal in O.A. 286/2020. In the affidavit, the alleged contemnors may also disclose as to when their temporary employment came to an end and in lieu thereof, regular employees have been engaged.

3. Mr. Das submits that there is no error in the impugned order.

4. In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, we are inclined to grant such opportunity because contempt petition is admittedly pending before the Tribunal. The

petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
