The supplementary affidavit and the affidavit of service filed in Court are taken on record.

The petitioner seeks transfer. From the documents annexed to the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner is yet to make an application for transfer in the prescribed format.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to make the application for transfer in the prescribed format.

In the event such an application is made, then the head of the institution shall consider the same in accordance with law and the prevailing guidelines at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the application.

If the petitioner's application is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the school authority at the earliest.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
