And In Re : Manik Halder ..... petitioner Ms. Busra Khatoon ... for the petitioner Ms. Zareen N. Khan Md. Kutubuddin ... for the State Heard the learned Counsels appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. He shot at the victim on a vital part of the body.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
