1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the proceeding in connection with M Case No. 201 of 2023 pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that on 22 January, 2024, interim order of maintenance was promulgated by the Magistrate and accordingly petitioner has been complying the same.

3. Considering the prayer of the revisional application, I find hardly any reason to direct the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party.

4. Accordingly, service upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

5. Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the

proceeding in connection with M Case No. 201 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible without affording any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

8. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.

9. Petitioner is at liberty to make communication of this order to the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas for necessary information and compliance.
