Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition making prayer for direction upon the Superintendent of Excise, Hooghly/respondent No.3 to consider his representation dated 28th October, 2022 for renewal of Tari licence at the premises in question.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition being WPA 25509 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28th October, strictly in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
