Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey ...For the Commission It is submitted by Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State respondents submit that the documents have already been forwarded by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Birbhum to the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal on March 05, 2020, seeking allotment of funds so that the payment be made with regard to the petitioner's claim of higher scale of pay as also the arrear claim.

I have heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties and perused the materials placed on record.

Accordingly, I direct the authorities concerned to ensure that the petitioner's claim of higher scale of pay as also the arrear claim be made within a period of three weeks from date.

With the aforesaid observation the writ petition is disposed of.

Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.
