The writ petition was listed on 05.11.2024 when an accommodation was sought for by the petitioner. Matter was again listed on 21.11.2024 when again an accommodation was sought for by the petitioner. On 04.12.2024 petitioner again preferred for an accommodation. Today, when the writ petition has been called, none represented the petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Let the same be kept with the record.

The prayers in the writ petition are for assistance in case of obstruction/hindrance in execution of the order of the civil court (Title Suit No.291 of 2024).

Having considered the fact that for breach of civil court's order, it would be the civil court itself to assess regarding the breach of such order and pass necessary directions, I am of the opinion that police

authorities have hardly any scope to interfere. So far as the report is concerned, report refers to certain criminal cases being registered by Electronics Complex P.S.

Having regard to the period of time which was lapsed since the writ petition was preferred, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this stage.

Accordingly, WPA 26096 of is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
