Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the application being CAN 2 of 2023 has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay.

After considering the averments made in the application for condonation of delay in preferring this application for restoration is condoned. CAN 2 of 2023 is disposed of.

In Re. CAN 1 of 2023 Perused the petition. I am satisfied that sufficient averments have been made in the application for recalling the order dated 18th February, 2022.

The order dated 18th February, 2022 is recalled and the application for recalling being CAN No.1 of 2023 is allowed.

Let the writ petition being WPA 21807 of 2011 be restored to the file.

Let the matter appear on 16th August, 2023.
