Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner in custody for five and half months and the case is based on the circumstantial evidence. Further the chain of circumstances are missing in the present case, as such on any stringent conditions petitioner may be released on bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the Case Diary and submits that the petitioner is the sole accused who is thickly connected with the alleged offence. Be that as it may, considering the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2293 of 2025 is dismissed. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after the stage of consideration of charges is over.
