Mr. Anand Bhandari, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the instant revisional application has become infructuous, as the pending proceeding being G.R. Case No. 182 of 2011 under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code of learned Judicial Magistrate, Darjeeling has already been concluded with a order of acquittal in favour of the petitioner.
Upon such submission being made, the Court finds sufficient reasons to dispose of the case, as there lies nothing to be adjudicated any more.
The revisional application accordingly stands disposed of.
Department is directed to make communication of this order to concerned learned Court below within a week from this date for information.
