The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, in spite of his diligent efforts, the petitioner did not show any interest to proceed with the revisional application.

Having regard to the fact that the revisional application was preferred in the year 2012 and the interim order was lastly extended till July 25, 2013, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this belated stage.

The petitioner will be at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of the trial of the proceedings before the court below. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3389 of 2012 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
