Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record. 2.

The petitioner has filed two applications under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short, the SARFAESI Act). Both applications are pending. An order of status quo has also been passed. The petitioner states that such order of status quo dated 22.01.2020 is still subsisting. The Bank has taken action afresh, in which an order has been obtained under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. 3.

Mr. Das, learned Advocate representing the Bank submits that the said order of status quo has become infructuous though he is enable to produce any order to such extent. 4.

The petitioner presently limits her prayer to furnish a copy of the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act by the respondent no. 5 being the District Magistrate, South 24Parganas. 5.

Mr. Das undertakes to serve a copy of such order in course of this day.

Since the applications under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act are pending, no order is required to be passed in this writpetition. 7.

The writ-petition being WPA 25254 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 9.

Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order be given to the parties, if applied for.
