The petitioners filed the present writ petition alleging illegal and unauthorized construction made at the behest of the private respondents over plot no. 812 under Mouza-Khanpur, J.L. No. 110/122, Police Station- Usthi under the Kalikapota Gram Panchayat. On a perusal of the writ petition, it appears that the petitioners are yet to lodge a formal complaint before the Gram Panchayat alleging unauthorized construction.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioners in the instant case.

It will be open for the petitioners to file comprehensive representation before the Gram

Panchayat objecting to the construction made by the private respondents, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
