Petitioner(s) Mr. Anjan Bhattacharya Ms. Anita Shaw Ms. Seema Thakur ... for the Petitioner(s) Ms. Amita Gour Mr. Soumya Basu Roy Chowdhuri ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than 240 days and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Additionally, it has been submitted that the petitioner is a dance teacher wherein facts have been distorted by the police authorities and the petitioner as well as her husband has been taken into custody.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and draws the attention of the court to the statement of the victim girl who complained of being physically and sexually abused.

Having regard to the materials on record, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is Rejected.

However, the petitioner would renew her prayer for bail after the evidence of the victim girls are over. Accordingly, CRM(M) 2295 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
