Pratap Das, Teacher-in-Charge of Sambhunagar High School is personally present in Court. A communication, addressed to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24-Parganas issued by the Teacher-in-Charge, Sambhunagar High School, issuing No Objection Certificate along with other documents for the petitioner's transfer has been placed before this Court.

Mr. Sujit Maity, District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24-Parganas is also present in Court. The District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24-Parganas has processed the petitioner's application for transfer and has forwarded the same to the School Service Commission.

The WBSSC shall, therefore, take a decision on the petitioner's application within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

Mr. Bulbul Roy, President of the Managing Committee of Sambhunagar High School, is also present in Court. The explanation offered by him, that he was not aware of the order of this Court and hence had prevented NOC from being issued, is not acceptable. He is hereby cautioned against such conduct in future.

Personal presence of Mr. Sujit Maity, District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24-Parganas, Mr. Pratap Das, Teacher-in-Charge of the Sambhunagar High School and Mr. Bulbul Roy, President of the Managing Committee of Sambhunagar High School are dispensed with.

The instruction of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24-Parganas as contained in the communication dated 1st February, 2023 is also kept with the record.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
