Mr. Iqbal Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner by filing a letter issued by the petitioner, Amit Kumar Ray submits that the petitioner was an accused of GR No.4763 of 2017 and GR No.864 of 2018 which was pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Barrackpore and the petitioner/accused has prayed for quashing the proceeding.

Later on the defacto complainant had withdrawn the case from the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Barrackpore and as such, the present revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly prays for passing necessary order.

State is being represented by Mr. Madhusudan Sur. CRR 3556 of 2018 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Letter given by the petitioner be kept with the record. (Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
