Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering its representation of the petitioner dated 27th March, 2022 making prayer for sanction of IGST refund amount in question.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 25542 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 27th March, 2022 being Annexure P-5 at page 49 of the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
