Matter relates to participation of the petitioner in first State Level Selection Test 2016 (Upper Primary).

On hearing the learned advocates representing the parties, it appears that petitioner participated in the aforesaid selection process but thereafter the West Bengal Central School Service Commission was required to initiate fresh selection process from Rule 12(2) stage.

Petitioner has grievance which necessitated the petitioner to appear before the grievance committee on 1st October, 2021.

On perusal of the order of the grievance committee which is at page 75 of the writ petition it transpires that the petitioner did not appear before the grievance committee in order to ventilate her

grievance and adjudication of the same.

In view of absence of the petitioner before the grievance committee as it emanates from the document at page 75 of the writ petition no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
