Mr. Aniket Mitra ... for the State Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits he is in custody for 109 days. It is also submitted that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He prays for bail. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim housewife committed suicide within four months of marriage. There are allegations of torture over demand of dowry. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
