1. Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the judgment dated 21st August, 2024.

2. In the first line at page 3 and in the first line of paragraph 11 at page 4 of judgment dated 21st August, 2024, the words 'circular No. 30-Emp. dated 02.04.2008' be read as 'circular No. 301-Emp. dated 21.08.2002'.

3. Other portions of the judgment shall remain the same.

4. Corrected certified copy of the judgment be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
