1. No one appears in support of the writ petition, when the matter is called on.

2. Alleging inaction on the part of the concerned bank in considering the petitioners' reply to the notice issued against them under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, the present writ petition has been preferred.

3. I am of the view that with the passage of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
