Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit filed by the plaintiffs/opposite parties against the petitioner as well as the proforma opposite party no.4 is pending since the year 2022.

The suit is languishing on the peremptory board since August 19, 2023, that is, for about one and a half years.

It is submitted that unnecessary adjournments are being granted in the matter on the prayer of the plaintiffs.

The submission of learned counsel is borne out by the certified copy of the order sheet annexed to the present application.

In view of the innocuous nature of the order proposed, prior service of notice on the opposite parties is dispensed with.

C.O. 3722 of 2024 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division at Jhargram,

District-Jhargram to dispose of Title Suit No.31 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, positively within December 31, 2025, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 7.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
