I find that on conclusion of investigation, chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 341, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. More than one year and three months have passed since the chargesheet has been submitted. Having considered the change of circumstances since such application has been preferred, I am of the view that no interference can be made at this stage.

Accordingly, CRM (SB) 140 of 2024 is dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
