Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 23rd November, 2023 Mr. Dey, learned advocate for the respondents has produced copies of relevant documents to show that the impugned adjudication order was served upon the petitioner and that the allegation of non-service of the same by the petitioner is not correct. This Court cannot dispute the authenticity and validity of the documents produced by the CGST authorities and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 24804 of 2023 is dismissed for making false and incorrect statement.
