Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 104 days and the genesis of the case was the relationship between the petitioner and the victim.

Learned advocate for the State has drawn the attention of the Court both to the statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and Section 183 of the BNSS of the victim as well as the medical report.

Having considered both the materials, I am of the opinion that the petitioner may be released on bail subject to such terms and conditions as learned Special Court deems fit and proper after the stage of consideration of charges are over.

With the aforesaid observations CRM (M) 2296 of 2025 is disposed of.

Case Diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
