Although a second writ petition is maintainable for the purpose of implementing an order passed in an earlier writ proceeding, the petitioner cannot, as a matter of right, expect this Court to function as an Executing Court for the enforcement of an order passed in another writ petition by another Coordinate Bench of this Court. He has other alternative remedy.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 25569 of 2025 stands disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
