Mr. Saryati Dutta Mr. Dattatreya Duta ... for the State Heard Mr. Aritra Bhattacharya, learned advocate appointed as amicus curiae to represent the petitioner vide order dated 20th December, 2024.

Learned amicus curiae has fairly submitted that this revisional application is prepared under Section 482 Cr.P.C, with a prayer for transfer of Durgapur Police Station case no. 129 of 2016 dated 19th March, 2016 from the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Durgapur to the Court of learned A.C.J.M. Asansol or any other Court at Asansol. Provision of transfer of case from one sessions division to other sessions division is enshrined under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. As such the apparent defects in cause title of this revisional application, makes it non-maintainable as is not in form. Same has been admitted by the Learned Advocates for the opposite party no.3 and opposite party no.4. As such this revisional application becomes infructuous as is not in form.

Accordingly, the revisional application along with connected application, if any, be disposed of as infractuous. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

There is no order as to costs.
