Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about 184 days and he is the sole accused. It has also been brought to the notice of the Court that the offending weapon was recovered after 50 days of registration of the FIR and after three days, husband of the accused was arrested.

Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that materials which are appearing against the present petitioner speaks volumes and the petitioner is responsible for the alleged acts. Be that as it may, having considered the stage of the case, at present I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court after the evidence of the vulnerable witnesses is over. The application for bail, being CRM (M) 2297 of 2025, is, thus, dismissed.
