There is an error in the fourth line of the second paragraph of the first page of the Rule. The expression "W.P.A. No. 24855 of 2020" shall stand corrected to read as "W.P.A. No. 24855 of 2018".

Department is directed to take steps in this regard.

It is submitted by Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor that the writ petitioner has since joined the post of Para Teacher in the concerned School. Hence, nothing further remains to be decided in the instant contempt application.

Accordingly, CPAN 659 of 2020 shall stand disposed of.

A copy of the letter of joining may be filed by Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee in course of the day. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

All parties are to act on a server copy of this order on the usual undertaking.
