State of West Bengal and another The revisional application was earlier called on 20th November, 2023 when none represented the petitioners. Today also when the revisional application has been called, none represented the petitioners nor any accommodation was sought for. The subject matter of the revisional application relates to Narendrapur Police Station Case No.223 of 2019 and the chargesheet submitted therein on March, 2019. Having considered the enclosure to the revisional application, I am of the view that more than four years have passed since the charge-sheet has been submitted. If already charges have not been considered by the learned Magistrate, the petitioners would be at liberty to canvass such points at the stage of Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4202 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
