The petitioner has approached the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Jhargram with a prayer for reconsideration of his financial benefits on completion of 10, 18 and 20 years of service. 2.

As it appears that the petitioner's representation seeking the above benefit is pending consideration before the DI of Schools, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the concerned DI of Schools to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

An opportunity of hearing be granted to the petitioner and all other necessary parties prior to

passing the final order.

Report of the DI of Schools dated November 27, 2025 is taken on record.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
