Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 15th January, 2026 in paragraph no.12 mentioning 'respondent no.4, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education' instead of 'respondent no.7, Chairman, DPSC, Malda'.

Let the nomenclature of the respondent authority in paragraph no.12 of aforesaid order be read as 'respondent no.7, Chairman, DPSC, Malda' in place of 'respondent no.4, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education'.

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
