It appears prima facie that the alleged contemnors may have violated the order dated January 2, 2020 passed in W.P. 23317(W) of 2019 by not intimating the result of the consideration of the petitioner's representation at the earliest, despite having heard the petitioner some time back.

Hence, the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the contempt application on the alleged contemnor at the earliest.

The alleged contemnor shall file affidavit-inopposition, if any, within a fortnight from date. Reply, if any, shall be filed within a week thereafter. The matter will next appear fairly at the top of the list on April 7, 2021.
