Having considered the prayer so advanced on behalf of the petitioner, who is the appellant before the ld. Appellate Court, I direct that the ld. Trial Court would conclude the hearing of the appeal within three months from the next date so fixed.

The ld. Trial court would be at liberty to fix as many number of dates which it thinks dim fit and proper but will not stretch the timeline as directed above.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4189 of 2023 is disposed of.
