The petitioners are the confirmed Assistant Teachers of primary schools under Kolakta Primary School Council and North 24-Parganas District Primary School Council respectively. They are praying mutual transfer.

The separate representation of the petitioners praying such mutual transfer are pending consideration before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, the respondent no. 4 herein.

The said respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation of the

petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 25725 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
