The State of West Bengal and others Records of the case reflect that the writ petition lastly appeared on 01.11.2010. Today, when the matter has been listed, none represents the petitioner or the respondents. The purpose of preferring the writ petition related to the inaction/non-action of Joynagar Police Station and its refusal to take complaint.

Having considered the time period which has passed, I am of the view that no directions are required to be passed or interference to be made by this Court.

Petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps if there are subsequent incidents which call for interference before the appropriate forum or the appropriate authorities.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22626 of 2010 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
