1. Order dated 3.3.2023 granting bail to opposite party nos. 2 and 3 have been assailed.

2. We have considered the materials on record. The learned judge considered the period of detention and other relevant circumstances while granting bail. It cannot be said that the order is perverse or contrary to law. With regard to allegations of misuse of liberty we note the allegations are generic in nature.

3. Hence, no case for cancellation of bail is made out.

4. Application is dismissed.
