Advocate for the petitioner submits that for the reasons beyond control, he could not make himself available before the ld. ACJM, Arambagh, Hooghly on 6.5.2023. In view of the undertaking given by the ld. Advocate for the petitioner, I direct that, in case, the petitioner appears and/or surrenders before the ld. ACJM, Arambagh, Hooghly in connection with Pursurah P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019 dated 04.06.2019 by 22nd of March, 2024, the ld. Court would check the records of the case and if it finds that the petitioner was earlier on bail, would allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail and bond subject to condition that for a period of next six months, he would be meeting with the inspector in charge/officer in charge of Pursurah P.S. The inspector in charge/officer in charge of Pursurah P.S. will send a compliance report to the ld. ACJM,

Arambagh, Hooghly once in a month regarding the appearance of the present petitioner namely, Prasanta Das. In case, the petitioner do not appear and/or surrender on or before 22nd March, 2024, in that case, the ld. ACJM, Arambagh, Hooghly on the next date so fixed will resort to harsher process of law by exhausting the processes under section 82 of the cr.p.c.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4190 of 2023 is disposed of.
