Alleged contemnor Nos.1, 2 and 3 are personally present in Court.

The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Medinipur submits that calculation was forwarded to the office of the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal.

The Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal has been erroneously required to be present in Court. The error is regretted.

It is submitted that revised PPO has been issued and a copy of the same has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

It is ordered that the Treasury Officer, Contai shall release pension into the bank account of the petitioner by next Friday i.e. 17th February, 2023 mandatorily and positively. The Treasury Officer shall be personally responsible for the compliance of this order.

Accordingly, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors are dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
